Tetris is a puzzle game that has been around for a long time. The objective is to break the lines of blocks before they reach the top of the screen. You have the ability to begin playing at whatever level you want. The objective remains the same from level to level. Construct a line with square blocks that you can then demolish while scoring as many points as you can. The tetrominos will fall at a quicker rate as you go through the game and complete the stages. The tetromino is constructed from four linked pieces that descend in a downward, vertical direction. There are seven distinct variations of the tetromino. Extra points will be awarded to you if you are able to clear more than one line with a tetromino. Remove the Tetris label from the first four lines. You have the ability to control the path that the falling bricks take by using the arrow keys. To get additional points, you may also create what is known as a T-slot by inserting a T-shaped tetromino into a hole. Do not forget! You are out of the game if the tetromino reaches the highest point on the playing surface. Are you prepared to take part in the activity that has the title of "the world's most renowned game"? Have fun!
The descending Tetriminos must be rotated, moved, and dropped by the player while they are within the matrix (the playing field). When a line is completely filled with blocks with no empty spaces remaining, it is erased. When lines are eliminated from play, stages progress, and the rate at which Tetriminos fall increases, making the game progressively more challenging. When the blocks reach the highest point possible on the playing surface, the game is over.
