Sprunkybox

Sprunkybox is a Halloween-themed music creation game where you build custom soundscapes using a band of handmade felt monsters. Set on a pumpkin-framed stage beneath glowing stars, the game combines beat-making with interactive puzzle mechanics as you arrange characters to unlock hidden tracks.

    Creative Beat-Making Gameplay

Your stage features seven open slots for assembling a band chosen from a roster of 20 unique felt monsters. Dragging a character from the bottom tray onto the stage instantly adds their distinct audio loop—ranging from basslines and melodies to spooky vocal tracks and sound effects. Every character also performs a custom dance animation while active.

The audio system is naturally harmonious, meaning any character combination produces a cohesive track. To refine your mix, click individual monsters to use Mute, Solo, or Remove functions.

    Controls

    • Mouse: Drag and drop characters onto stage slots; left-click to access Mute, Solo, and Remove controls
    • Spacebar: Clear the stage and restart the current mix
    • F: Toggle full-screen mode
    • Esc: Close any open menu panel

Unlocking Secret Songs and Dark Mode

Progress in Sprunkybox revolves around discovering 19 hidden secret songs and logging them in your in-game Music Book. Unlocking these tracks requires experimenting with specific duets, trios, quartets, or filling all seven stage slots with a legendary character combination. You can spot clues by watching for filling badges, listening for faint audio echoes, and examining shadowy silhouettes in the interface.

Dropping the mysterious Black Character onto the stage triggers the eerie Phase 2 Dark Mode. Lightning flashes across the sky as the cheerful setting shifts into a sinister backdrop, transforming all 20 characters with darker visual designs and entirely new, unsettling sound loops.
